You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you will handle and use any products lawfully and for legitimate research purposes only.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and availability, but errors can occur.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, or limit quantities, at our discretion — including where an item is mispriced or out of stock, or an order appears fraudulent. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will refund it.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Whop. We do not receive or store your full card details. By paying, you also agree to the payment provider’s applicable terms.

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping options, rates, and timelines are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.

All sales are final. As described in our Returns Policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges; orders that arrive damaged or incorrect are handled as set out in that policy.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthPeak Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
