When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details so we can process, ship, and support your purchase.

If you contact us or subscribe to updates, we receive the information you submit — such as your email address and any message — so we can respond or send the updates you asked for.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Whop. Card details are entered with the provider and are not collected or stored by NorthPeak Peptides. We receive confirmation of payment and the limited order references needed to fulfil your order.

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers process limited technical information (such as IP address and basic request metadata) to operate and secure the service. Your cart is stored in your browser and is not sent to us until you check out.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, send updates you request, and operate, secure, and improve the site. We do not use it to provide medical advice.

We share information only with the providers that help us run the store — currently our payment provider (Whop), our database provider (Supabase), and our hosting provider (Vercel) — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep order and customer information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable Canadian privacy law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided. To make a request, contact us at hello@northpeakpeptides.ca and we will respond accordingly.
