Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are dispatched from our Edmonton and Calgary distribution centres.

Standard shipping is a flat $22 CAD, sent with Canada Post. When the standard or free option is selected, NorthPeak chooses the carrier best suited to your destination.

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $300 CAD (before taxes).

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Carriers only process new shipments on business days.

Orders placed and paid before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., or on a weekend or holiday, are dispatched on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation — and a tracking number where available — once your order ships.

Delivery times depend on the distance from our Alberta distribution centres. The following are estimates, not guarantees:

Alberta and Western Canada (BC, SK, MB): typically 1–3 business days. Ontario and Quebec: typically 3–5 business days. Atlantic Canada: typically 4–7 business days. Remote and northern locations: up to 10 business days.

Where available, a tracking number is provided once your order ships so you can follow its progress. If you have not received tracking within a few business days of your confirmation, contact us with your order number.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
