Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. NorthPeak Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final
To protect product integrity and safety, our products cannot be returned or exchanged once an order has been placed. This applies to all items, whether opened or unopened.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order is final and non-returnable.
Damaged or incorrect orders
We stand behind every order we ship. If your order arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect item, contact us promptly — within 7 days of delivery — with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders are processed quickly so they can ship the same or next business day. If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible; once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
